Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FAMIGLIA EIGHT LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, operating the service Fundgeek.eu (“Fundgeek”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Fundgeek is an aggregator and search interface for EU and national funding calls. Information is provided for convenience. Official sources always prevail. We do not guarantee that a call listed is still open, accurately described, or that you are eligible to apply.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or entity per account. Do not share access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment provider Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and issues VAT-compliant invoices. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at your local rate where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Cyprus by Law 133(I)/2013). However, by starting to use the paid features immediately after purchase you expressly consent to the service beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute Fundgeek content in bulk.
• Reverse engineer or bypass security controls or rate limits.
• Upload unlawful content or use the service to violate any law.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Fundgeek's software, design, database structure and curated metadata are owned by FAMIGLIA EIGHT LTD and protected by copyright and database rights (Dir. 96/9/EC). Underlying call information is sourced from public bodies and remains the property of those bodies. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that consumers have and cannot be waived under Cypriot or EU law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

We may change the service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
