Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) achieve the same purpose. This policy uses the term “cookies” to cover all of them.

Fundgeek.eu is operated by FAMIGLIA EIGHT LTD, Cyprus. This policy is issued under the EU GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Cypriot Law 112(I)/2004 on the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services.

2. The categories we use

Under EU law we may set strictly necessary cookies without consent. All other categories require your prior, freely-given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. Consent is not bundled with the Terms of Service and can be withdrawn at any time.

MarketingNot used. We do not run advertising cookies.

3. Cookies currently set by Fundgeek

  • sb-*-auth-token — authentication session (strictly necessary).
  • fundgeek.consent — records your cookie choices (strictly necessary).
  • fundgeek.prefs — remembers UI preferences (preferences, consent-based).

Third-party processors (Cloudflare for security, Paddle on checkout pages) may set their own strictly necessary cookies scoped to their own domains. See their policies for details.

4. Managing your consent

When you first visit Fundgeek you will see a consent banner allowing you to Accept all, Reject all non-essential cookies, or Manage preferences per category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on consent given before withdrawal.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break authentication and core features.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of non-essential cookies. Because there is no legal consensus on DNT headers, we do not treat them as a valid consent signal on their own.

6. Your rights

You have all the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including access, rectification, erasure and the right to lodge a complaint with the Cypriot Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or your local EU supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this policy

If we introduce new cookies or change purposes materially, we will re-prompt for consent and update the “Last updated” date above.
